Marketing Manager
Randa Batshon joined Michigan Orthopedic Services in 2000, after working for several years in the telecommunications industry. Randa handles all of the company's Marketing and communication efforts. Randa manages the company's Quality Assurance and Compliance programs which includes regularly surveying patients, providers, and insurance carriers ensuring that Michigan Orthopedic Services maintains and provides the highest quality of services to both patients and referral sources. Randa works closely with the managers of each facility to closely monitor the daily operations of all Michigan Orthopedic Services locations to ensure quality and consistency in all the communities that we serve. Randa lives in Northville with her husband Ron and two children.
