As part of our ongoing Quality Assurance Program, Michigan Orthopedic Services regularly surveys our patients and referral sources to insure that we meet and exceed our commitment to customer satisfaction. Below are a few of the comments our patients have made.

"For the last five years, Michigan Orthopedics has treated me in the Flint area. I have had many Prosthesis, and upgrades made to several of them. Through all of this I feel the staff at the Flint location has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable while acting in the most professional manner. Being diabetic I appreciate the fact that your representatives can find time to make house calls so I do not have to leave home. Your practitioners and the office staff have helped me several times when my blood sugar had gotten too low. Without their help, I don't know how I would have gotten home. This makes me feel more like a friend then a patient. I look forward to working with them as long as I need their help. I would recommend their services to any person that needed them."

"I had my leg amputated in February of 1999 and have utilized the services of Michigan Orthopedic Services. They have attended to my needs for almost three years. They know and understand my stump as I had polio in that leg. I have the utmost of confidence in Michigan Orthopedic. They have taken a very personal interest in me and without their care I would not be doing what I am doing today. They made me feel like a person not a cripple. I have been given the pager number of the prosthetist to page him if I run into a problem after hours or when I am out of town. And when my leg had to be sent to Ohio for repairs, Michigan Orthopedic fitted me with a temporary leg to use."
